Each production is subjected to a final quality control in our QC workshop by our experienced staff to ensure our standards are maintained.
QSL can produce either litho or digital printing , each production has it merits. Litho is deemed to be a slightly higher quality and is reccomended if you require large areas of solid colour because it appears smooth with no visible pixels. the choice of paper weights is also an advantage.
Digital printing offers a faster set up process and shorter lead times , its an excellent option if you need hundreds of copies rather than thousands. It can be more economically better for these short runs.
Although this type of production has greatly reduced over the years due to the explosion of social media advertising , there are still aspects of promotional work that are still better received as a physical item. We can offer an array of printing methods from digital to litho as explained above plus a number of production finishing techniques such as foil blocking , lamination and die cutting.
These are produced from 100% cotton , material sourced at a trusted EU fabric wholesaler. We are able to produce cotton bags , drawstring bags , bottle bags , accessory bags , shoe bags and zip bags from a range of around 40 different colours.
Rigid boxes are considered one of the best options for luxury packaging. There are many styles from simple lift off lids , shoulder boxes , hinged lids and magnetic closures. We have an array of different box coverings and linings to perfectly suit your luxury brand.
These can be produced in a variety of sizes and coverings whether it be a traditional leather covering or more of a linen feel. The capacity of the folders range between 10mm and 65mm , either a 2 ring or 4 ring can be achieved. Foil blocking the front and spine of the folder in a variety of colours gives a quality finish.
